Structure

　　The steel plate protective cover is mainly assembled from basic structures such as the main panel, support plate, slider or pulley, hinge mechanism, scraper strip, buffer rubber pad, and protective cover connecting plate.

　　Material

　　High-quality domestic and international materials are used. Commonly used materials include SUS304, 1Cr13, and cold-rolled steel plates. High-precision laser cutting machines and precision CNC bending machines are used for processing.

　　Technical Parameters

　　Based on the actual operating range and speed of the machine tool, the number of steel plate protective cover sections and appropriate accessories can be accurately calculated (e.g., for operating speeds ≤10m/min, wear-resistant sliders or rollers can be selected; for operating speeds ≥36m/min, hinge mechanisms, copper wheels, etc., are required).

　　Generally, the number of sections of the steel plate protective cover should be as small as possible. This reduces the weight and cost of the protective cover, and improves its operating characteristics.

　　The designed expansion ratio is generally between 3:1 and 5:1.

　　Steel plate protective covers, with their excellent characteristics, are widely used in the machinery equipment industry, including general machine tools, CNC machine tools, and CNC machining centers (vertical and horizontal).
