CNC machining refers to a mechanical processing method that processes parts on CNC machine tools and uses digital information to control the displacement of parts and tools. Generally speaking, the process procedures of NC machine tool processing and traditional machine tool processing are the same. However, since NC is a one-time clamping process and all turning processes are completed automatically and continuously, some matters need to be noticed after the completion of NC machine tool processing.
Precautions after processing:
1. Remove chips, wipe the machine tool, and keep the machine tool and environment clean.
2. Pay attention to check or replace the oil wiping plate on the worn machine tool guide rail.
3. Check the status of lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in time.
4. Turn off the power supply and main power supply on the machine tool operation panel in turn.
5. When starting the machine tool, the principle of first returning to zero (except for special requirements), manual, inching and automatic shall be followed. The operation of the machine tool shall follow the principle of low speed, medium speed and then high speed. The operation time of low speed and medium speed shall not be less than 2-3 minutes. The work can be started only after it is confirmed that there are no abnormalities.
6. It is forbidden to knock, correct and correct the workpiece on the chuck and between the centers. The next step can only be carried out after confirming that the workpiece and the tool are clamped.
7. The operator must stop the machine when changing tools, workpieces, adjusting workpieces or leaving the machine tool.
8. The operator shall not dismantle and move the safety and protective devices on the machine tool at will.
9. Before the machine tool starts processing, it is necessary to check whether the program used is similar to the processed part by using the program verification method. After confirming that there is no error, the safety guard can be put in place and the machine tool can be started to process the part.
10. Machine tool accessories, measuring tools and cutting tools shall be properly kept and kept intact and in good condition, and compensation shall be made for loss or damage.
11. After the training, clean the machine tool, keep it clean, move the tailstock and carriage to the end of the bed, and cut off the power supply of the machine tool.
12. The machine tool shall be shut down immediately in case of any fault or abnormal phenomenon during operation to protect the site and report to the site immediately.
13. The operator is forbidden to modify the machine parameters. If necessary, the device administrator must be notified and asked to modify it.
14. Understand the technical requirements of the part drawing, and check the blank size and shape for defects. Select a reasonable method of installing parts.
15. The NC turning tools shall be selected correctly, and the installation of parts and tools shall be accurate and firm.
16. Understand and master the control and operation panel of the CNC machine tool and its operation essentials, accurately input the program into the system, simulate the inspection and room cutting, and make all preparations before processing.
17. In case of abnormal sound or failure of the lathe during processing, stop the lathe immediately for inspection and report to the instructor to avoid danger.
