Construction process explanation of Chongqing steel plate protective cover

(1) Main technical requirements of foundation:
 
1) The center of gravity of the foundation and the center of gravity of the equipment shall be on the same vertical line, and the allowable deviation shall not exceed 3%~5% of the horizontal distance from the center of the foundation to the edge of the foundation.
 
2) The foundation elevation, position and size must meet the production process requirements and technical conditions of Chongqing steel plate protective cover.
 
3) The same foundation shall be on the same elevation line, but the equipment foundation shall not be connected with any building foundation, and a certain distance shall be maintained.

5) When the equipment is installed on the concrete foundation, when its static load P ≥ 100N/m2, two layers of reinforcement mesh with a diameter of 10mm and a 15cm square grid shall be placed in the concrete foundation for reinforcement. The upper reinforcement mesh shall not be less than 5cm below the foundation surface, and the total thickness of the upper and lower reinforcement mesh shall not be less than 20cm.
 
6) For equipment with high accuracy, which cannot bear external power or has large vibration, anti-vibration layer must be laid to reduce the amplitude of vibration and prevent its transmission.
 
7) Protective cement shall be set for the foundation that may be affected by chemical liquid or corrosive water.
 
(2) Acceptance of Chongqing steel plate protective cover foundation:
 
1) All the formwork on the foundation surface, the anchor bolt fixing frame and the reinforcement exposed outside the foundation shall be removed, the sundries (broken bricks, falling concrete blocks, etc.), dirt and water shall be removed completely, and the residual wooden shell on the wall of the anchor bolt hole shall be removed completely.
 
2) The appearance inspection of Chongqing steel plate protective cover shall be carried out, and there shall be no cracks, honeycomb, voids, exposed reinforcement and other defects.
 
3) Check the correctness of all embedded parts (including anchor bolts) according to the requirements of the design drawing.
 
4) According to the requirements of design dimensions, check whether the dimensions of each part of the foundation of Chongqing steel plate protective cover comply with the design requirements. If there is any deviation, it shall not exceed the allowable deviation.
