The main reason for this situation is that the spiral iron filings are too long. Sometimes a piece of iron filings can reach 3 to 5 meters, and the threads are continuous. The more the filings accumulate, the more the jamming. The main countermeasures are as follows: all the angled places where the chain plate passes must be made into arc shape, and the hard angle cannot be generated, which is conducive to the discharge of scrap iron; In addition, a chip guard is installed at the lower part of the chip removal port to prevent the iron chips from getting stuck under the chain plate of the Chongqing chip removal machine.
