Solutions to several common faults of Chongqing chip removal machine
Chongqing chip removal machine has small size and high efficiency; It is suitable for removing copper, aluminum, cast iron and other debris. The scraper width is diversified, providing excellent matching flexibility and effective application. The solid scraper combination has high strength, accurate matching, stable and quiet movement, and torque limit setting, effectively reducing the damage caused by improper operation.
The main material of the Chongqing chip removal machine is welded with A3 cold plate of the thickness required by the customer, which is integrally connected and assembled without leakage. Filter with slot plate, with self-cleaning brush. The chain is made of international 31.75mm or 50.8mm two-way connection. The conveyor scraper is made of 1Crl8 stainless steel and imported polyurethane rubber strips. The thickness of the scraper depends on the requirements. The chain is connected with the scraper (stainless steel self-locking screw) for easy replacement. The bottom of the scraper is made of 1Crl8 stainless steel plate with the thickness required by the customer as the interlayer between the magnetic plate and the scraper. The bottom is inlaid with high-strength NdFeB magnets imported from Brazil.

1. The motor of Chongqing chip removal machine does not operate after the power supply is connected for the first time.
Solution: Check whether the input voltage of the motor power supply of the Chongqing chip removal machine is normal and whether there is any false connection.
2. The motor is idling and the conveyor chain plate is not running.
Solution: In order to prolong the service life of the motor of the Chongqing chip removal machine, a protector is used for the reducer. Open the chain box and gently tighten the protector screw until the conveyor chain runs (Note: Do not tighten the protector screw too tightly, otherwise the protector will lose the function of protecting the motor)

Solution: Adjust the adjusting bolt of the transmission shaft according to the actual situation until it is normal.

5. The chip removal chain plate is broken.
This situation is mainly caused by the overload of the chain plate and the normal operation of the reduction motor. The main countermeasures are to relax the mechanical overload protector so that it can work normally. In case of overload, the overload protector slips without breaking the chain plate; Another way is to install an electronic overload protector to set a normal range of current. When the current is greater than this value, the breaker will be disconnected, so as to protect the chain plate from breaking.
6. The iron filings are often stuck and cannot be discharged normally.
The main reason for this situation is that the spiral iron filings are too long. Sometimes a piece of iron filings can reach 3 to 5 meters, and the threads are continuous. The more the filings accumulate, the more the jamming. The main countermeasures are as follows: all the angled places where the chain plate passes must be made into arc shape, and the hard angle cannot be generated, which is conducive to the discharge of scrap iron; In addition, a chip guard is installed at the lower part of the chip removal port to prevent the iron chips from getting stuck under the chain plate of the Chongqing chip removal machine.
