　　Common spiral chip conveyors are of two types: one with a core and one without. The former is stronger in terms of chip conveying capacity and strength than the latter. Coreless spirals are generally used where the amount of chips is small and the chips are fragmented. It consists of three parts: a driving device, a spiral, and a casing. The decelerator drives the screw to rotate, generating relative movement with the casing, and pushing the material out. This equipment is compact, requires little floor space, is easy to install and use, has few transmission links, a very low failure rate, and the chip conveying direction can be reversed. During the chip conveying process, operations such as stirring, mixing, heating, or cooling can also be performed on the material. The material flow rate can be adjusted through the loading and unloading doors. It can be widely used in coal, grain, chemical, mining, and rubber industries.

　　Application Scenarios

　　This device is mainly used to convey various powdery, granular materials or short chips with a length less than 100mm produced during mechanical processing. It can be used with various machine tools and in places where the space for machine tool placement is relatively narrow. It is easy to install, reliable in operation, and has a wide range of selection for the pushing speed. Depending on the requirements, Type A: with core, with chip collection groove; Type B: with core, without chip collection groove; Type C: without core, with chip collection groove; Type D: without core, without chip collection groove can be selected. When used in conjunction with other chip conveying devices, it can form different types of chip conveying systems.
