  Description
  This device consists of a speed reducer motor, an oil-absorbing belt, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, an oil scraper, a housing, an oil collecting box, etc. The speed reducer motor drives the driving shaft, which in turn drives the driven shaft to rotate via the oil-absorbing belt. Utilizing the difference in physical affinity between the water-based coolant and the floating oil in the oil-liquid mixing zone, the oil-absorbing belt can pick up the floating oil from the oil-liquid mixing zone, and the oil scraper scrapes it into the oil collecting box.
  This device is mainly used in wet processing to remove floating oil from the coolant tank. It features a small footprint, durability, stable operation, and reliability. It has a strong adaptability to the height of the floating oil surface and the magnitude of the liquid level fluctuation. The biggest advantage of this device is its large oil removal capacity and fast speed.
  Precautions: When users purchase and install it separately, it should be installed in an area where the liquid level is relatively calm.
